TASS Russian News Agency quotes Head of the QS Research Department Ben Sauter, who, speaking about the location of Russian universities in the ranking, called Russia “one of the success stories of modern higher education”.

‘It boasts a small student group size and a growing global reputation,’ Ben Souter explained.
