Nowadays, digital tools are becoming mainstream in job or employee search. The Facultetus is a digital career service for universities, students, and employers with various SMART tools.

The service works as follows: students create their digital profiles on the platform with reference to the faculty, course, and form of study. In a portfolio, you can specify a variety of information to reveal yourself as a person and a professional. On the site, you can take part in career days, see showcases of vacancies and internships, pass various tests, and more.

Employers create organisation profiles by adding information about them and vacancies / internships with the ability to automatically download from third-party personnel portals. Employers can also post intergral ready-made or authoring tests. The detailed information on using the platform can be found on the project website.

The Regional Centre of Graduate Employment and Labour Market Adaptation  (RCGELMA) informs students about other information portals and sites that are freely available on the Internet, recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia for use by students and alumni. For example, the Work in Russia All-Russian Federal Database of Vacancies and CVs career portal, career sites – hh.ru and superjob.ru can be useful on employment and employment issues.

For those who have not chosen their career path yet, the RCGE staff are ready to conduct consultations, during which it is possible to select vacancies corresponding with graduates’ majors.
