The main objective of the department is teaching subjects related to programming, algorithmic languages, data bases, automata theory,  data processing systems, artificial intelligence systems, as well as subjects focusing on methods of mathematical modeling of discrete systems and their application in different spheres, including technical diagnostics.

 

The department trains student in two programs: 02.03.02  Basic Informatics and Information Technologies and 09.03.04 Program Engineering.
