- Only abstracts approved by the organizing committee of the CSFTN conference will be accepted for consideration.
- All abstracts are reviewed and then the editorial board decides on the possibility of their publication in the collection.
- The reviewer must evaluate the quality of the submitted text, its originality and relevance, the correspondence of the title and keywords to the content of the abstract and the topic of the collection.
- Independent experts who are recognized experts in the subject matter of the materials being reviewed are involved in the review.
- The editorial board of the collection follows the editorial follows the Publishing Ethics of the Scientific Journals published by the Saratov State University. Authors, by submitting a manuscript for publication, and reviewers, by agreeing to review the manuscript, also undertake to comply with the specified ethical standards.
- Reviews are conducted confidentially. Type of review: one-sided, blind.
- Reviewers are notified that the manuscripts sent to them are the private property of the authors and relate to information that is not subject to disclosure.
- Abstracts sent to the author for revision must be returned in corrected form as soon as possible.
- In case of disagreement with the reviewer’s opinion, the author of the abstract has the right to provide a reasoned response to the editorial board. The final decision on publication in controversial cases is made by the Editor-in-Chief.
